It IS possible to feel better, and the great news is that you already have what’s needed inside of you to heal and change your life. I believe we all need help navigating life at times, whether that means healing from childhood wounds, or understanding why we continue to behave in ways that are self-destructive or impede our progress. Often our decisions and behaviors are driven by assumptions we have about our own worthiness or place in the world, and these assumptions can be just out of our awareness until we begin talking about them. My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and appropriately challenged. I have extensive experience treating eating disorders in a residential and outpatient setting, including successful treatment of anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I have treated survivors of sexual and physical abuse, those who are alcohol/drug dependent, and generalized anxiety and depression. I look forward to collaborating with you!
