Therapist Overview
I believe everyone has their own story and various challenges throughout life. In counseling, I aim to assist individuals and couples with various challenges. These include, but are not limited to, trauma, depression, anxiety and relationships. I can assist clients with guidance on learning new coping skills, and processing thoughts and emotions to improve daily life. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, open and empathetic environment that serves as a catalyst to change. I graduated from Pittsburg State with my B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in Military Psychology. I am currently attending Wichita University to obtain my Master’s in Clinical Counseling. I have a background advocating for Military Members and families and emergency responders and have experience working with children and families in foster care. Seeking help can be overwhelming and time-consuming. It is my goal to make it easier. I am currently accepting clients at Real Life Counseling as a student under the supervision of Dr. Scott Stegman. I am available Monday evenings and Friday Mornings with Saturday availability upon request. To schedule, please call 316-500-5419.
