Therapist Overview

Life is full of stressors, transitions, and periods of grief that can be hard to navigate on our own. I aim to provide a genuine and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express your feelings and navigate them at your own pace. I believe that our past shapes us and there is value in exploring our childhood and past patterns, but there is also value in focusing on how our thinking now impacts our behavior and our decisions. My hope is that through the therapeutic process you will obtain insight that will result in healing and an ability to navigate life’s ups and downs in a more positive way. My 12 years of experience in child welfare has prepared me to work with adults, adolescents, and children while providing a trauma-informed approach. I will use multiple therapeutic modalities to ensure that your sessions will be unique to you and your needs. It is often difficult to reach out and seek support, but we are only able to heal what we are willing to feel.
