Finding a safe space to be heard and validated is difficult. As a transplant to New Orleans, I understand how overwhelming and chaotic life can feel in the Crescent City. I am here for you, whether you need a short-term space or something more long-term. I work with individuals, couples and children who struggle with transitions, trauma, anger, grief, self-harm and behavior concerns. I practice from a holistic, person-centered approach, but utilize techniques from a variety of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT and Expressive Art and Play Therapy techniques. In addition to the more traditional counseling experience, I offer parenting and anger management classes for adults. For children, I can help parents understand and navigate behavior plans and help children that are struggling to adjust to expectations in the school and home environments. I am working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist. Together we will set goals, build communication, mindfulness
