Katrina Dela Cruz

I have been honored to support many through some of the most significant transitions in their lives. In a decade as a hospital clinician, I have been especially drawn to the beginning and end of life, and the incredible privilege it is to be welcomed to hold space during these times. I specialize in grief and loss, particularly death and dying, and the emotional and spiritual work surrounding other significant transitions, rites of passage, and life cycles. This includes work around the end of life, traumatic birthing processes, coping with chronic or acute disease, and plant spirit medicine integration. I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, counselor, and medicine woman. I believe in a practice which acknowledges body, mind, AND soul, or Spirit. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I have extensive training in other complementary healing modalities such as yoga and meditation, reiki, herbalism, and plant spirit medicine. Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist, as we are both practitioners and students in our own rights. We are all Teachers, and we can all be Healers, of ourselves first and foremost. We all have within us an innate wisdom and knowing to share and to affect positive change. I look forward to supporting your journey!
