I implement research-backed, trauma-informed, multi-culturally competent individual counseling, psychotherapy and family therapy to instill hope, self-compassion, and empowerment in children, teens, college-aged, and young adults. Through gentle guidance, developmentally appropriate psychoeducation, and empathic listening, my clients are able to tap into their inner strengths and vulnerabilities, and learn to tolerate discomforts and– once and for all– conquer their fears and insecurities. My clients often share that they feel heard, seen, and celebrated as individuals throughout therapy. I specialize in helping young people maximize their potential, gain greater self awareness, improve stress management, build meaningful relationships, and ultimately live the life they deserve. I use a multi-systems, person-centered approach that creatively customizes techniques to the WHOLE person, making therapy feel both relaxed and productive.
