Therapist Overview
My work focuses on helping clients heal from relational trauma. Most of my clients have experienced some trauma in their lives from abuse, assault, bullying, or breakdowns in parental or romantic relationships. My other specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and spiritual health. I want clients to be free from shame, negative self-beliefs, and emotional pain. I aim to help clients value themselves as well as cultivate their relationships into stronger ones. It is my goal for my clients to experience growth and be empowered to live in a fuller and more joyful way. I have postgraduate training in treating trauma with techniques from Brainspotting Phase One and Two. I received graduate training in several modalities with a special emphasis in Christian Counseling. I especially enjoy integrating a client’s faith into their therapy, should this be of interest to them. I am committed to walking alongside clients on their journey and have helped children, teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families find healing.
