The struggle is real! We are all experiencing a strange and ever changing world which is having a major impact on our mental health.I can’t solve all of these world issues, but I sure can help you learn to cope with them more effectively. One of the biggest changes we have seen is the move to telehealth which I am practicing during this time. I will be moving towards a hybrid model in the future. What will you get from me? Honest and direct feedback, free from judgment . I also treat each client as a true individual and do not use “prescribed” therapy, but rather start where you are and help you get to where you want to be. I have extensive experience in trauma, Including physical and sexual abuse , PTSD and military family issues . I treat many “difficult” disorders such as Bipolar 1 and 2, Borderline personality disorder and other issues that some providers shy away from.
