Together, we can find your voice and explore whatever brings you to counseling in a collaborative, safe and supportive setting. Mental health is just as critical as your physical health and you don’t need to suffer in silence. I work part-time in Behavioral Health at Mercy’s outpatient program. I have experience working with career counseling, prenatal and postpartum, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, grief, trauma, parenting, self-esteem, family, marriage and challenges facing middle school, high school and college students.
