Therapist Overview
Our struggles do not define us but they can refine us. Painful, everyday emotional suffering may be made more bearable when you can find meaning and hope. To this end we will collaborate to identify your personal goals and find practical tools to help you achieve your goals. At the end of therapy you will have a deeper awareness of self and become more skilled at having joy in your life. My practice includes treatment of grief/loss infidelity and negotiating relationship boundaries. I’ve collaborated with couples, families and individuals stuck in crises to develop clear reachable goals, helped them break old patterns and make steady gradual changes. I’ve also treated youth/adults with depression and anxiety to live more satisfying lives. My relationship with you is important and I am committed to helping you get to the best place in your life. I respect each individual’s religious and spiritual path and I bring to this practice my life experiences across cultures including the US.
