***Accepting new clients-updated 11/2/2020*** Many of my clients are questioning if they will realize their dreams and goals; they are ready to get some help to change and grow. They know what they should do but they just can’t force themselves to do it. Perhaps you find yourself emotional in ways not normal pre Covid but have become part of the routine. I offer interventions such dealing with past trauma, identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, finding hope and motivation, and helping establish healthy patterns of boundaries. These are very difficult times and I would love to help you find your best self again! I specialize in working with clients struggling with ongoing medical issues, burnout/compassion fatigue, depression, spiritual wounding, grief and loss, life transitions, and behavioral issues. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you navigate the struggles created by Covid-19. Many of us are grieving are old lives, traditions, and opportunities. I was once too proud and had a foolish view that counseling was only for what I imagined were “weak people”. I later learned that it takes strength to reach out for help and work to get better.
