Anxiety, depression and so many other issues can arise and cause us to feel debilitated. Let us learn how to develop the skills and techniques to be the captains we choose to be. Let us embark on the journey of life together. Along this journey I have acquired experience in several modalities of psychotherapy which I use interchangeably in sessions. I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively treat trauma and many other forms of psychological stress. I offer a non-judgmental approach which is tailored towards your specific need I have had the honor of working with diverse cultures as well as diagnostically diverse clients over the years. During this time, I have continued to acquire experience which has assisted me in addressing specific needs. This has allowed me to be able to integrate a variety of interventions that would best serve them.
