I provide a safe, supportive relationship where you can explore issues and grow without judgment. I draw from several psychotherapeutic approaches and use what clients are comfortable with yet challenged by such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Attachment theory, Psychodynamic therapy, couples/family counseling, existential/spiritual exploration, mindfulness meditation and addiction relapse prevention and recovery (12 Steps). I am only seeing clients by video. I find it just as effective as face-to-face, you have the comfort of home and no traffic. I specialize with adults and teens with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery and relationship issues. I help 1) deepen couple and family relationships through authentic communication and feeling 2) recognize past and present interconnected thoughts, feelings, behaviors and body 3) explore one’s meaning and spirituality 4) heal trauma through EMDR.
