I commonly help couples with communication problems, infidelities and parenting concerns. I also work to solve anxiety, depression and drinking problems. I enjoy helping couples and individuals to grow in a direction that frees them to live happier, healthier lives. In order to be an effective relationship/marital therapist I have completed many years of post-graduate study with a number of extraordinary teachers, including Milton Erickson, Duncan Stanton, Judith Landau Stanton, Peggy Papp and John Gottman. My extensive experience as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Clinic Director is frequently helpful to my clients. I often use hypnosis, relaxation techniques and a variety of carefully
