Therapist Overview
You are exhausted, stressed out, overwhelmed, & dissatisfied with your life. You wake up dreading the day & struggle to get out of bed or even call a friend. You feel defeated, irritable, anxious, and on top of all that, you are lonely due to the pandemic. Perhaps your past comes creeping in to your present and is overwhelming you. You might be struggling with attending virtual college courses, losing a job, or having to attend yet another “zoom party”. You might even be struggling with your identity and/or purpose in life. You are not alone! I specialize in working with Adults 18 -30 who are not looking for an “average” therapist. I’m real. I’m approachable. I may or may not have a potty mouth and I don’t think therapy should be some stale, clinical, & sterile experience. I truly believe that you deserve to have a therapist that “gets you” and does not act like a boring, stiff, bump on the coach I welcome diversity including all body sizes, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, sexual preferences, and especially those who may feel less welcome or accepted in other settings. I am LGBTQIA affirming, Kink Aware, and Poly Friendly.
