We often hold on to thoughts and feelings that seem too overwhelming to talk about. This is a space that welcomes all that you may be keeping inside. There is relief in finally being able to sit down and say whatever is on your mind. I am here to listen. I offer sessions that are purely verbal psychotherapy, as well as sessions that integrate talk therapy and art therapy. Art therapy promotes an additional layer of self-expression and self-discovery. You will be able to try out different art materials and create freely, without judgment. Art therapy encourages insight, problem solving, creativity, and relaxation. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I work with individuals who are seeking support in processing difficult emotions and experiences, and in building their sense of security. Trained in both clinical psychology and creative arts therapy, I am able to offer a wide range of interventions and individualized care. My approach is creative, client-centered, and collaborative. I will meet you wherever you are in life, and we will go from there. I believe that healing and growth is possible for every individual.
