When life feels confusing and repetitive, it’s difficult to know where to turn. It IS possible to learn to connect with others, heal from your pain and grow into the person you wish to be. I work with lots of people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and relational issues. I am also a Christian and love working with people who want to utilize their faith to help them cope with their struggles or pain (if desired). I help people slow down, figure out where they are getting stuck, what they are really feeling (instead of just focusing on the reaction that others can see), and how to change or cope with overwhelming feelings.
