Therapy is a place where people can learn to identify core issues and limiting beliefs, and work toward resolution and healing. My passion for counseling comes from my core belief that there is inherent goodness and beauty in each person, as well as my own journey of faith and healing. As a therapist it is my privilege to work alongside individuals and families experiencing a wide rage of difficulties. My clients include individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self esteem, grief, loss and other difficulties, often resulting from unresolved trauma and life challenges. I have worked with adolescents and children, adults facing a variety of challenges, adoptive families, couples and people striving to make difficult life transitions.
