I am a firm believer in the power of a safe, compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment for a client to achieve meaningful clinical results. I approach treatment by exploring life events, relational patterns, and circumstances that influence stress, anxiety, depression, or coping mechanisms. Areas of interest include attachment focused, and trauma informed perspectives for children and adults who have experienced abuse, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, chronic illness or life transitions.
