Therapist Overview

You’re tired of being on autopilot, pretending that everything’s fine because you know it’s not. You feel like you’re sinking into quicksand with no way out. You’re overwhelmed, worried, and exhausted. You know that what you’re currently doing isn’t working, but you feel helpless and unsure of what to do differently. You want to feel rooted and grounded again, and to be able to get back to what brings meaning and value to your life. You want to put anxiety, panic and depression in the rearview mirror so you can regain confidence in yourself and handle whatever life throws your way. I’m committed to helping you learn how to change self-defeating beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you. I’m not your old school smile-and-nod therapist – I use evidenced-based practices, including CBT, ACT and mindfulness, to help facilitate healing and change. I am Gottman trained for my work with couples.
