I have worked with adults, children, and adolescents for over 8 years in different capacities and feel an individual’s mental health is as important as their physical health. I have primarily worked with children and young adults and feel often times their needs are overlooked due to their inability to express what they are feeling. I would like to help children find their voices and be heard. I also have a desire to assist adults in the child’s life to learn new or different ways to connect with those children. I also enjoy working with adults who are looking to change their lives. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDRIA. EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach used to assist in reducing the effects of trauma. Additionally, I am certified by the State of Wyoming to complete Addiction Severity Index assessments for the courts and will be adding Adolescent Early Intervention classes soon.
