Therapist Overview

*Not accepting new clients* Making the choice to start therapy is not an easy one. I’m here to help you take that first step. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of mental health settings, and facilitate individual, family, and couples therapy sessions. My primary experience is with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and family issues. I am client centered and aim to empower my clients to take back their lives by building a solid set of coping skills, and helping them to find their voice to best communicate their needs. I also believe that cultivating a strong support system is key for building a solid therapeutic foundation, as mental health struggles can leave people feeling distanced and isolated from their support people and loved ones. In family and couples therapy, I strive to create an open, honest, and safe dialogue for relationships to rebuild. Please feel to reach out to me with any inquiries or questions. Email me a brief description of your primary challenges, and I will email you back with specifics of what I can offer to help you reach your goals.
