Ever feel as if life is too difficult, too painful, or unfair? are you a COVID-19 survivor? Negative life experiences can have so much power that they dictate a person’s views on life and influence their daily interactions with those around them. These “curve balls” can affect our lives in many challenging ways, such as mood fluctuations, difficulty adjusting new life situations, personal, social, school, and/or work issues. I identify and use appropriate treatment interventions for each individual and life situations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Telehealth has proven to be useful and effective, ultimately my goal is help clients to look at life with new insight and enthusiasm. I have extensive experience treating children, youth, and families who are experiencing difficulty with adjustment to life situations, depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or behavioral issues.
