My goal is to support you with building awareness, developing the tools you need to shift your perspective and make the changes you want in life. I work with adolescents and adults on issues regarding depression, trauma, anxiety, disordered eating, grief/loss and life transitions. Clients describe me as authentic, easy to talk to and compassionate. My ideal client is motivated, courageous and presents with an open mind for growth.
