I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University in 2020. At Grow Well, I work with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns. As a queer identifying person, I am passionate about helping individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. I am affirming to individuals from marginalized communities and enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I see clients at both our Lakewood and Ohio City offices. I work with individuals to address a variety of topics including depression, anxiety, effects from trauma, sexuality and gender exploration, mindfulness, and promoting self-worth. I utilize a strengths based approach in my clinical practice and work to help others raise their awareness of their own resiliency. Clients coming to Grow Well Cleveland for services receive affirmative, culturally-competent counseling. LGBTQ+ individuals, persons of color, and many other marginalized by society are welcome in our practice.
