I work from a person centered, narrative approach to guide people toward their goals. I work with adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds to help them reclaim past experiences, take control of their present and work towards a future they envision. Together, we’ll examine your challenges, values, and goals to create a path toward recovery. We will work together to take control of your life story and determine what health looks like for you. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions often feel difficult to navigate. I work with clients to practice mindfulness, understand relationship conflicts, regain a sense of self after trauma, and feel empowered to make lasting change. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. It would be a privilege for me to work with you on your journey to healing and holistic health.
