Debbi Odell, LMFT

I am trained in expressive arts, somatics, parts work, EMDR Level I, and Trauma-focused CBT. I work with teens, adults and couples, offering online sessions in California over Zoom. I specialize in trauma, relationships, identity, anxiety, and creative processes. I have experience with systemic oppression, LGBTQ community, creative professionals, and dissociative disorders.

Together we can work on shifting relationships, improving communication, adapting to life changes, building connection and understanding. That includes building inner strength, processing trauma, shifting patterns, finding your sense of self, and moving towards what fulfills you.

I believe the therapy relationship needs to have safety, trust, cultural understanding and honest communication, so I collaborate to create an environment and approach that feels supportive for you.
