My approach to therapy is one of empowerment and self-discovery. I emphasize working with individual, couples and families in a collaborative environment to help them realize their inner strength and resiliency. I place equal emphasis on the individual, as well as the systems in our lives and how the two of them combine to shape the person we are today.
