While I have a particular affinity for working with adolescent young people with attention issues, I also have 20 years of experience supporting individuals, youth and families with anxiety, depression, transitions, grief, trauma and day-to-day stressors. I am a client centered therapist who is passionate about uncovering your strengths to help you achieve your goals. I use a variety of therapy techniques depending on the issues you want to address.
