Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and inform yourself about how I might be of help to you. I believe deeply that life is meant to be lived rather than survived. However, it is not that uncommon for the collective experiences and traumas of life to push us into a way of functioning that can begin to feel more like survival. Despite our best efforts we can begin to feel discouraged, anxious, depressed and exhausted. These feelings can lead to choices and behaviors that are destructive to ourselves and those we love.
