Whether my clients need a space to vent or are going through a rough transitional time, I am never here to minimize one’s experience or reason for seeking therapy. I provide an open-minded, non-judgmental approach, supporting clients in their personal process. By blending insight with humor my goal is that clients will feel less intimidated about seeing a therapist. In my experience I have begun to specialize in working with clients navigating phase of life and transitional periods, creating work-life balance with planning strategies, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder, grief/ loss, parenting issues and building self-esteem to help promote a solid sense of self.
