Therapist Overview

Often time life changes can fill us with a sense of being overwhelmed, disjointed or stuck–both physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to explore complex, deep-seated issues or need a supportive person and space in your life, I provide a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space for you to get the help you need. Processing painful experiences and emotions can be challenging, though I am committed to working collaboratively and supporting clients in becoming healthier and creating more rewarding and fulfilling relationships. I am specifically trained and supervised with an expertise in working with individuals, couples and group (families) to support the needs and situation of each client. I specialize in a holistic, humanistic approach that helps adult and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, and current difficult life adjustments, as well as past traumatic experiences. During our time together, I will integrate mindfulness based interventions in order to engage the mind-body and actively build a resilience to emotional distress beyond our sessions. It’s challenging to acknowledge difficult situations–my goal is to create a comfortable environment and empower clients to make the change and support personal growth.
