Therapist Overview
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who struggle with a variety of issues that impact their quality of life. Often times, depression, anxiety, loss, fear, or other forms of mental illness can result in feeling alone and overwhelmed. Other times, there are challenges related to how people communicate with one another and when this happens a variety of difficulties present themselves. As a therapist, I enjoy coming along side of people to help them process and work through feelings and then working toward solutions or ways of coping. I have a wide range of experience with many different forms of mental illness ranging from mild to severe. Not every person who seeks therapy has true, diagnosable mental illness. Often times, there are transitions in life or relationships that need to be worked through. I am comfortable offering services to meet the needs of various people. Therapy is something that cannot be forced and being eager and open to heal is essential to successful therapy. I invite you to take the first step by calling and we can discuss if the therapeutic process is one that might be helpful to you. It has been life changing for many of my clients and being a part of that process is exciting.
