Therapist Overview
With all of the transitions we face in life, it can often be difficult to adjust to the change or process the emotions that come with transition, whether it is getting married, starting college, having kids, of finding you dream job. Whatever part of life a person is facing that is pushing them to learn more about themselves, I hope to meet them in that place and be a source of compassion. My experience in practice has allowed me to sit with people at many different points in life, and I enjoy walking through the journey with them. My areas of focus include women’s issues and concerns related to pregnancy, infertility, perinatal mood disorders, motherhood, and parenting. I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life stressors, as well as individuals seeking support with LGBTQ-related concerns. I welcome individuals of any race, ethnicity, age, gender, or sexual identity. For your convenience, I offer sessions throughout the day, including evening appointments. I am currently supervised by Dr. Matthew Kadrich, Psy.D. LP
