Therapist Overview

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. My desire is to create a safe relationship, where you feel that your experience is understood and accepted. We can explore old experiences and identify new experiences that you would like to have. I am trained and skilled in providing therapy in settings such as groups, couples, families and individuals, which include but are not limited to children, adolescents and adults. The outcome of therapy cannot be guaranteed, but honesty will increase the likelihood of having a successful experience. My therapy approach is from a relational, psychodynamic and family orientation. Relational: working together to build a strong, uplifting and secure relationship that serves as a model for future relationships that one may develop. Systems and family: I look at each person as a part of multiple systems, such as family, school, work and society.
