Therapist Overview
**Not Accepting New Clients** Hi! I’m Bri. My pronouns are she/her. As a queer woman of color, I recognize the necessity to provide culturally empowering services. Some of my passions include working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folx, and those looking to process relational trauma. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Starting therapy can often feel nerve-wracking and uncomfortable – I’m here to make this transition run as smoothly as possible for you. I am also here to help you make sense of life which may, at times, feel chaotic or out of control. I enjoy connecting with clients through humor, spontaneity, realness, and taking an interest in them in a holistic way. I do not see individuals as the problems that bring them to therapy; rather, I see them as whole people. I believe as humans, we all have the capacity to grow, make improvements, and lead a life that is most authentic to ourselves. I integrate the use of expressive arts, guided imagery, mindfulness, and evocative techniques to create a new experience in our sessions. I have found that through the use of these techniques, clients begin to experience themselves and their problems differently as a result. I’d love to help you generate new meanings about your life experiences!
