I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral problems. When overwhelming experiences leave their mark, it can be hard to know where to turn for help. When our children are struggling with intense feelings, tantrums, or other behavioral problems it can be intensely frustrating and difficult to manage. I can help you overcome difficult feelings, manage stressful experiences, and improve your relationships. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, and adult survivors of sexual assault and other traumas. I also work with children of all ages, families, new mothers, adoption, and parents with their own histories of childhood trauma or neglect. You are not alone.
