Therapist Overview

I enjoy helping people make progress in their lives. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to speak freely about themselves and I use an individualized approach to better understand their own unique difficulties. I use a relational approach to help clients better understand their own motivations and choices. I provide short-term and long-term therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with clients from diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. I help support people with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and mood disorders. Navigating the logistical and financial aspects of therapy can be a challenge. A sliding scale fee arrangement might be available as well, if you qualify. Please call or email for a free consultation today. I am a doctoral candidate and psychological assistant (PSB94024979) practicing under Dr. Dana Meeks, PsyD. (PSY 28846).
