It’s exhausting and overwhelming, the feeling of being stuck in a seemingly endless cycle. Your thoughts run away with you, anxious and jumbled, trying to make sense of everything that has happened in your life, leading you up to this point. You want to make lasting changes, but deciding where to start feels impossible. You desire happiness, peace, and balance, but it is so hard to get perspective on your own. I would be honored to support you in self-exploration. My therapeutic process is integrative and collaborative. I believe that treating the person as a whole is essential to the healing process. I work with all ages and issues. I am especially passionate about healing family dynamics, trauma, and addiction- related issues, while supporting my clients’ development of a healthier relationship with themselves.
