My goal is to help you set and achieve what you desire in therapy whether it is a safe place or a place to work through difficult issues. I am there for you. I provide a variety of modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy, to dialectal behavioral therapy. My goal is to use modalities that do not only help process but also to build skills. Idealistically my goal is find the best way that works for you. I provide services for clients of all age groups and diverse backgrounds.
