I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist you can trust. I provide a safe environment where you can explore and overcome your challenges to ultimately heal from your experiences. I provide therapy with a warm and empathetic approach where you can process without feeling like you are being judged. My therapy style is integrative, as I understand that human beings are unique and there is no one size fits all therapy. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem, anger, addiction, disordered eating behaviors, and trauma. I also offer EMDR therapy. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges to experience more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I have a natural affinity in working with young adults and HSPs (highly sensitive person.)
