My therapeutic approach is client-centered, putting your needs first and providing you the tools you need to find healing. I have been counseling children, youth and adults since 2016. I am a Child Mental Health Specialist and have received extensive training on behavior concerns, depression, anxiety and trauma for children and adolescents. I also love to work with adults of any age with various concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues and grief. My focus is to build safety and trust with you so that I can walk alongside you as you pursue healing. I work with you to see how I can best meet your needs and empower you to make changes.
