A Balanced Perspective Counseling Services, PLLC

Dari Cosey graduated from Alabama State University with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with adults and families in the areas of anger management, crisis counseling, suicide prevention, parenting skills, and marriage counseling. Dari’s areas of specialties are self-esteem, women’s issues, family/couples, identity, and career. Currently, Cosey is privileged to work with small children, adolescents, and teenagers via the areas of play therapy, sand tray therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy in a trauma informed capacity.
