All people need to feel understood. To have someone really see you and “get” you can be powerful. As a therapist, I seek to understand my clients on a deep level and help them understand themselves this way also. This provides a foundation for meaningful work together. My role in this work is to empower you to be the best and most authentic version of yourself that you can be and to help you navigate and work through challenges along the way. I have helped clients successfully work through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulty with life changes. I also work with clients on overcoming trauma and managing anger.
