I offer compassionate, shame-free and practical therapy for ADULTS, COUPLES or TEENS who are wrestling with challenging individuals, situations, changes in emotions and desire change! As a former mental health therapist and active crisis counselor, I’ve had the privilege of counseling a wide spectrum of clientele for the past decade. My treatment preferences to counseling consist of CBT, strength based, interpersonal and solution-focused modalities. I am trained in over nine Evidence Based Practices and possess an MA in Theology. These disciplines combined w/my clinical experience strengthen my ability to target core issues that trigger unwanted/suppressed emotions and negative patterns sooner, and thus provide tailored treatment and care.
