Starting therapy can be a difficult decision and sometimes intimidating. However, stepping into a therapy office is the first step in your journey to change. I enjoy helping children, teens, families, and adults recognize their potential, harness their individual strengths, and overcome life’s challenges to create that change for themselves. I am especially passionate about working with the clients within the transgender community, or those who may be questioning their gender identity. I also enjoy working with children under the age of 10 using play therapy to help them process their world and express their thoughts and emotions. My strengths-based approach helps all my clients understand how experiences shape who they are and allow them to grow and heal. I believe in meeting my client where they are at and tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s needs.
