Therapist Overview

Choosing to seek counseling can be overwhelming and it’s often done at a difficult time. I will provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to talk, learn about yourself and ultimately heal. Together we will decide what approach will work best for you and set achievable goals. My role is to support you as you figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and how you can get back on track. I have over 20 years experience helping people in various capacities. I have worked with people dealing with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, abuse, homelessness, addiction and mental illness. I am also experienced with teenagers and women struggling with low self-esteem, depression and relationship issues. I also do chemical dependency evaluations. I will promote hope and healing through compassionate, Christ-centered environment to help you to be an empowered, strong and loving individual who can, in turn, have positive and healthy relationships and lives.
