When life takes you to a place of uncertainty, and you begin to question yourself and your ability to make quality decisions, wondering, “is it normal to feel this way?” Whether your changing jobs, starting a career, moving to a new area, or have a chronic illness, change can be stressful and requires a series of adjustments to get back to a sense of life balance. Much of my professional expertise focuses on life transition and the impact of change throughout the lifespan, from young teens to older adults. I have a particular interest in helping teens, college students, and young adults as they transition into adulthood. I provide therapy geared toward helping ease the stress and anxiety that often accompanies young people who are beginning to take on the responsibility and challenges of life as an adult.
