When a person experiences trauma or life stressors it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My purpose and passion is to bring healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. I help my clients who include, adults, active duty military, veterans, and teens to find healthy perceptions of themselves, others and the world. I have been trained in specialized evidenced based therapies for trauma. This helps me provide those affected by PTSD with specialized proven methods in guiding you to a life free of the often debilitating confines of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive knowledge and experiences working with individuals who have Combat related PTSD as well as childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, and rape victims.
