Therapist Overview
I believe that everyone has the power to change their lives for the better. The goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to overcome your anxiety and live a more peaceful and fulfilling life!
I provide weekly anxiety support groups using CBT and Mindfulness tools.
We meet every Monday at 6pm.
With the help of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic techniques, we will identify the problems that have you feeling trapped in your body.

I support your journey with your mental health with workshops and Intensive packages for practical and lifelong changes.
Workshops include Imposter Syndrome- Stop doubting yourself, Overcoming Secondary Traumatic Stress for healthcare and Attorneys and Couples Communication workshop!
Intensives are an accelerated form of Anxiety treatment that allows us to go deeper, so that you can go even further in the healing process in a shorter amount of time. We would dedicate the 8 hours or 16 hours for a deep dive into the therapy work and towards your goals in your relationship.
